By scheduling or using services from Rainwater Window Service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms explain the policies and expectations for services provided by Rainwater Window Service.
Rainwater Window Service provides residential and commercial window cleaning services. Services may include exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and track or sill cleaning when requested.
All services are performed using professional window cleaning methods with the goal of delivering streak-free results.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the time of service.
Please ensure pets are secured and that areas around windows are reasonably accessible so the work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Rainwater Window Service reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Prices are provided through estimates or quotes prior to service. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted forms of payment may include cash, check, or digital payment (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash)
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
Window cleaning services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or freezing temperatures.
If weather affects your scheduled appointment, Rainwater Window Service will contact you to arrange a new time.
Rainwater Window Service is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing window conditions. This includes cracked glass, broken seals, deteriorating frames, scratches, or windows that are improperly installed.
If any potential issues are noticed prior to cleaning, customers will be notified before work continues.
Customer satisfaction is important. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact Rainwater Window Service within 48 hours so the issue can be addressed. If your are not satisfied, a member will do it again or you can get your money back guaranteed.
Rainwater Window Service takes reasonable care when performing services. However, the company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aging materials, improper installation, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rainwater Window Service may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the most recent revision date.
